Orders & Shipping

How long does processing and shipping take?

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Times: Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen method.

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7-15 business days
      You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

What are your shipping costs?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Elegateclo pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and generate a return label.

  3. If you checked out as a guest, please contact support@elegateclo.com with your order number.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How does your clothing fit?
