What does “Elegateclo” mean?

Our name is a fusion of Elegance and Clothing. It reflects our mission to create modern clothing that combines comfort, confidence, and timeless style.

Where is Elegateclo based?

Elegateclo is operated by Straton Limited, located at:

We work with trusted production partners who follow our quality standards for materials, craftsmanship, and consistency.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Elegateclo is currently an online-only store. This allows us to focus on delivering a smooth shopping experience and offering our collections directly to customers across Europe.


Orders & Shipping

How long does processing and shipping take?

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–11 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers in Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping

All prices shown on our website are final at checkout. If additional duties or import charges apply in your destination country, these are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elegateclo.com.

We can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • with original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original item according to our return policy and place a new order.

How do I start a return?

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

We will provide you with the return instructions.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

How should I care for my items?

To help your garments last longer, please follow the care instructions on the product label. In general, we recommend:

  • wash with similar colors
  • use mild detergent
  • tumble dry low or line dry
  • iron on low heat if needed
