Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Elegateclo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • the item was damaged during transit
  • you received the wrong item

For eligible faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will assist you with a suitable resolution at no additional return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photo evidence, if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photo evidence

Claims for items damaged in transit should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and provide:

  • your order number
  • the item you ordered
  • the item you received
  • a clear photo of the received item

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
